Ruby on Rails is really cool. I'm slowly learning more and more about it and every time I encounter something new with it, I'm amazed. My biggest complaint about the PHP community is the lack of a standard framework. Your skills won't transfer well between one company to the next, or sometimes even one project to the next. Rails prevents that right out of the gate.
